-Signing up: If you have not yet done so, visit the online conference website (https://asiaccs.info) and sign up for a new account with your registration ID in your payment receipt. If your payment transaction contains multiple registrants, please append a, b, c, etc. to different registrant. If you encounter any problem when signup at Asiaccs.info regarding your registration ID, please contact us by email to asiaccs2021@comp.polyu.edu.hk.
-Activate your account: Follow the link in the email message you receive after signing up to activate your account. You can also visit your profile and click the “Activate this account” button and an email message will be sent to you with an activation link.
-Upload video and slides according to the email instructions. Since it takes time for the local organising committee to check your video, please upload your video at your earliest convenience (preferably by the end of May and no later than 4 June 2021 HKT).
-Video Format: The presentation video should be 15 minutes in length. Please use MP4 packaging format with H.264 video codec. To ensure playback quality, please use a resolution of 720p or above.
-As a speaker, you have the obligation to attend the session where your talk will appear in, and answer questions from attendees from both Zoom and online discussion forum. To enter the Zoom meeting for a particular session, go to the day and the session, and click the “Enter Zoom” button.
-There will be approximately 3-5 minutes at the end of each talk for the Q & A period. When answering questions from the audience, please unmute your microphone and speak directly. There will be a 3-minute count-down during the Q & A, and the count-down will be paused by the host of the meeting if you need more time to answer all the questions.
